This application is totally free. Only if you want to use copy righted material, you have to pay. So you can choose any video and make it to play on your buddy’s phone.

It’s very simple to install this application. Simply log on to Vringo.com and Sign up for Vringo. You'll be asked for your mobile number. Then they will send a message directly to your handset with a click able link you can follow. When you do that Vringo system will recognize you and identify your phone, making sure you get the correct application.
